How FORMIKA PRO handles job applications, recruiter contact and requests to delete personal data.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
We collect your name, phone number, preferred communication languages, selected vacancy and, if you choose to provide it, citizenship. We also record the consent text, its version and language, and the time you confirm it. Citizenship is optional. Please do not submit health information, identity documents or other sensitive data through this form.
Why we use your data
With your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, we consider your application and our recruiter contacts you by phone or a messenger associated with your number about the selected vacancy. If the vacancy is closed, a separate wording asks for consent to contact you when that same vacancy reopens. Providing consent is voluntary; without it we cannot handle the request through this form. This consent does not cover advertising, newsletters or a database for unrelated future vacancies. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
How long we keep your application
We keep application data while handling your request, for no longer than 90 days after submission. We remove them earlier when they are no longer needed or following a valid withdrawal or deletion request. Separate employment records and correspondence needed to comply with a legal obligation or handle a specific dispute may be retained under a separate legal basis; we explain this if it applies to your request.
Who can access the data
Authorized FORMIKA PRO recruiters and administrators can access your application. Hosting and storage providers, including Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore and the provider hosting our API, process data to operate the service. We do not publish applications. Before sharing your application with a separate prospective employer, we inform you of the recipient and the relevant legal basis and obtain consent where required. If you contact us through WhatsApp or Viber, that provider also handles the communication under its own privacy policy.
Processing outside the European Economic Area
Google services may involve processing outside the EEA, including in the United States. Google describes its applicable transfer safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and contractual safeguards, in its Firebase privacy information. You may request further information about applicable safeguards from us.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Use the email link below or write to hello@andreilashkevich.com, giving the name and phone number used in the application so we can locate it. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we notify you within that month. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity. You can complain to the President of UODO or another competent EU supervisory authority. We do not make recruitment decisions solely by automated processing.

Technical data such as IP addresses may be handled by our hosting providers to deliver and secure the website, based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your language and cookie choices are stored in your browser until you change or clear them. Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement use separate choices in the cookie panel and start only when you allow the relevant category. They may process device identifiers and page interactions. We do not send your application name, phone number or citizenship in our analytics events. Change your choices using the cookies button in the footer; refusing optional cookies does not prevent an application.
